How much will all this cost me?
Entertainment Bookings
(Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Parties, Bar/Bat Mitvahs, Christenings etc)
Duration - 2 hours (Looking after a maximum of 60 children or 40 adults across 2 shows)
Cost - £200 + travel
Extras - £50 per hour for every hour after 2 hours
Education Bookings
(Curriculum-linked live presentations, 360° education films etc)
Duration - 4 hours (Half day, looking after a maximum of 120 children across 4 shows)
Cost - £200 + travel
OR
Duration - 8 hours (Full day, looking after a maximum of 240 children across 8 shows)
Cost - £400 + travel
Business Bookings
(System only hire, corporate presentations/entertainment, exhibitions, special events, product promotions )
Duration - 4 hours (Half day, looking after a maximum of 80 adults across 4 shows)
Cost – £300 + travel
OR
Duration - 8 hours (Full day, looking after a maximum of 160 adults across 8 shows)
Cost – £600 + travel
OR
Planetarium Systems Only Hire
(You must provide your own insurance)
5 METER INDOOR DOMES
Cost – £300 a day / £2000 week per system

Please note:
Our standard booking times are from 9am – 6pm. After this period, an extra £50 will be charged per hour for unsociable hours 7pm - 8am. This is in addition to the hourly rate you be placed on for bookings more than 8 hours.
For bookings lasting more than a day (and therefore require our staff to stay over night), we charge a supplementary amount to cover our accomodation costs.
